In the first quarter of 2025, the top architecture games on the Android platform in Central America showed varied performance trends. According to data from Sensor Tower, these games demonstrated interesting patterns in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

Monument Valley from ustwo games experienced a consistent decline in weekly downloads, starting at 131 in early January and dropping to 96 by the end of March. Its weekly revenue showed a similar downward trend, beginning at approximately $196 and decreasing to $94. Active users, however, displayed a slight recovery towards the end of the quarter, increasing from 113 to 141.

Construction Simulator 3 by astragon Entertainment GmbH saw fluctuations in weekly downloads, peaking at 102 in the first week of January and maintaining a steady rate around the 60s to 80s range. Revenue saw a high of $97 at the start and end of the quarter, with a dip to $38 in mid-February.

Monument Valley 2 also by ustwo games, had steady download numbers, ranging from 68 to 91 throughout the quarter. Revenue remained relatively low, peaking at $59 at the beginning of the quarter and ending at $21. Active users consistently hovered around the 70s and 80s, with minor fluctuations.

Construction Simulator 3 Lite showed a strong start in weekly downloads, with numbers decreasing from over 3.8K to around 2.4K by the end of March. Revenue increased towards the end of the quarter, reaching $40. Active users remained robust, with slight decreases from over 12K to about 10K.

Tiny Tower: Tap Idle Evolution by NimbleBit LLC had negligible download activity, with only a single recorded download in late March. Revenue remained low throughout the quarter, peaking at $19 in late February. Active users showed a steady decline from 332 to 272.
